IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION declaring certain personal property of the Parks and Recreation Department as surplus and authorizing its donation to the Lone Jack Community Fire Protection District. Intro RESOLUTION #11518, November 25, 1996 INTRODUCED BY John Patrick Burnett, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has certain personal property, namely one 1988 Chevrolet Caprice four-door sedan, Serial No. 1G1B/5475/R128070, that has become excess to the County's needs; and, WHEREAS, the Jackson County Purchasing Director has declared this property surplus and recommends that the vehicle be donated to the Lone Jack Community Fire Protection District; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Purchasing is hereby authorized to dispose of said surplus property by way of donation to the Lone Jack Community Fire Protection District...Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
