BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 10 acres are less than 1/4 of a mile south of Truman Road, Missouri State Road FF, on the west side of Dillingham Road and specifically described as:

The North 10.00 acres of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 49, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of said Section 10; thence South 88 degrees 01 minutes 56 seconds East along the North line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 10, a distance of 1310.18 feet to the Northeast corner of the West half of the Southwest quarter of said Section 10; thence South 02 degrees 18 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of 332.41 feet; thence North 88 degrees 01 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 1310.75 feet to the West line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 10; thence North 02 degrees 24 minutes 28 seconds East along the West line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 10 a distance of 332.41 feet to the Point of Beginning, aka 2305 S. Dillingham Road.
