Body
WHEREAS, the Corrections Department has a certain surplus vehicle, further described and itemized in the list attached hereto marked as Exhibit "A,"  that has become unusable and obsolete; now therefore,
 
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the above-described property from the Corrections Department, be declared surplus, and that the Director of Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code, 1984.
 
 
 
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date:  This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
