BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following reappropriation be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1997 Sewer Fund to cover the reappropriation of unexpended funds from the 1996 budget to bring the County current on payments due the Little Blue Valley Sewer District:
