Body
WHEREAS, on December 29, 1995, the County and M&M Golf Cars, L.L.C. (Lessor) entered into a Lease Agreement, approved by the Jackson County Legislature by Resolution 10991, whereunder the parties agreed to enter into a lease agreement for the lease of golf cars for use at Longview Lake Golf Course; and,
WHEREAS, County and Lessor mutually desire to enter into an Addendum to said Agreement, at an additional cost to the County of $2,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Addendum, Lessor shall provide additional rental carts for golf tournaments held at Longview Lake Golf Course; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to enter into the attached First Addendum to the December 29, 1995, Lease Agreement with M&M Golf Cars, L.L.C.; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is, authorized to make all payments required under said Addendum...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
