Body
WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the County Project 2297-ALN6, a replacement culvert on Allen Road, to acquire a permanent drainage easement over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of Robert and Nina Reese in the amount of $30.00, said property being more fully described in the conveyance instrument, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and,
WHEREAS, the owners has agreed to convey said permanent drainage easement, and to settle the claim for damages and have executed this conveyance in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $30.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Manager of the Division of Finance issue a check in the amount of $30.00 in the name of Robert and Nina Reese, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, c/o Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
