Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division Night Light program provides evening and late night supervision to juvenile offenders who are determined to be at high risk of re-offending; and,
 
WHEREAS, by Resolution 17140, dated January 19, 2010, the County Legislature authorized the use of 2010 Anti-Drug Sales Tax funds to supplement the Night Light program; and,
 
WHEREAS, while Resolution 17140 authorized a contract with the Family Court Division, all that is necessary to implement this program is an appropriation to place the funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
 
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,
 
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
