Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Family Court Division has been awarded a grant by the State of Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator in the amount of $16,700.00, to provide funding for the Multimedia Website for Self-Represented Litigants project; and,
WHEREAS, the grant is awarded for the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place these grant funds in the appropriate spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2024 Grant Fund:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that all County officials be and hereby are authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to give effect to said grant.
