Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Detention Center has incurred additional daily operating expenses for items used by inmates which includes hygiene products, laundry, and kitchen supplies; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of funds within the 2024 Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund and 2024 General Fund is necessary in order for the Jackson County Detention Center to be able to cover the cost of these additional operating expenses; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be and hereby are made:
