WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the Jackson County DWI Enforcement grant received from the Missouri Division of Highway Safety; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2003 Grant Fund:
