IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an Agreement of Understanding with Reorganized School District No. 7 as to a rotating recycling center. Intro RESOLUTION #11144, January 29, 1996 INTRODUCED BY John Graham, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, by Resolution 10785 dated April 17, 1995 Jackson County and Bridging the Gap, Inc., entered into an agreement to create and operate a rotating weekend recycling center for portions of the County; and, WHEREAS, a center has been established at Mason Elementary School which is located in Reorganized School District No. 7, the Lee's Summit, Missouri School district; and, WHEREAS, the County and Reorganized School District No. 7 desire to enter into an agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, whereby the District will allow this recycling center to operate at its Mason Elementary School; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement of Understanding with Reorganized School District No. 7 as to a recycling center, at no additional cost to the County...Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
