WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1995 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the revised budget of the Jackson County Drug Task Force as approved by the State of Missouri; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1995 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
