Body
WHEREAS, Kansas City Power & Light Company of Kansas City, MO, has requested a 20-foot permanent easement and a 45-foot temporary construction easement, to improve and enhance electrical circuits in connection with the Arrowhead Stadium renovation project; and,
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Sports Complex Authority which is managing the renovation project on the County's behalf, has recommended that the County execute the attached easements as in best interests of the health, welfare, and safety of the citizens of Jackson County; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached Easement Conveyance and Temporary Construction Easement are hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the Easements on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
