IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION transferring $55,001.20 within the 1997 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund to cover funding for the Jackson County Sheriff's Department's 1996-1997 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program. Intro RESOLUTION #11731, April 28, 1997 INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1997 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the funding for the Jackson County Sheriff's Department's 1996-1997 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program; and, WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1997 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund: Department/Division Character/Description From To COMBAT Commission D.A.R.E.
