WHEREAS, the Circuit Court has a need to appoint two special prosecutors to handle particular cases in 2009; and,
WHEREAS, the total cost for these special prosecutors is $7,150.00; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the costs of these special prosecutors; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
