BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "A-p" (Agricultural-Planned Development) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District A-p a tract of land described as follows:
The 80+ acre tract of land is generally located 1 ¬ miles south of US 50 Hwy. on the east side of Smart Road more specifically, the north « of the southwest ¬ of Section 13, Township 47, Range 31, in Jackson County, Missouri, aka 13005 S. Smart Road.
Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Harry E. Paur (RZ-96-042), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission favorably unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on September 19, 1996, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
