Body
WHEREAS, Vicki Turnbow has served as President of the Raytown Chamber of Commerce with dedication and excellence since 2007, fostering growth and prosperity within the Raytown community; and,
WHEREAS, prior to her tenure as President, Vicki contributed her talents and leadership skills as the Administrator of the Lake Winnebago Homeowners Association, and as the Membership Manager for the Raytown Chamber of Commerce from 2001 through 2004; and,
WHEREAS, throughout her distinguished career, Vicki has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and proficiency, serving as the Data Processing Manager for USA800 and excelling as an insurance underwriter for 14 years; and,
WHEREAS, Vicki's retirement marks the conclusion of an illustrious chapter in her career, during which she has positively impacted the lives of countless individuals and businesses in Jackson County through her tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to excellence; and,
WHEREAS, Vicki will be dearly missed by all who have had the privilege of working alongside her, as she is not only a great communicator, but also possesses remarkable organizational skills and an unparalleled ability to develop productive working relationships; and,
WHEREAS, Vicki's caring nature and passion for her work have been evident in every endeavor she has undertaken, and her energetic leadership style has brought people together, fostering collaboration and innovation within our community; and,
WHEREAS, Vicki's exceptional business acumen, particularly in areas related to return on investment and budget planning, has contributed significantly to the economic prosperity and growth of the Raytown Chamber of Commerce and the broader Jackson County region; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the Legislature hereby extends its heartfelt congratulations and deepest appreciation to Vicki Turnbow on the occasion of her well-deserved retirement and expresses gratitude for her outstanding contributions to the Raytown Chamber of Commerce and the entire Jackson County community.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
