Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 53-95 for a term and supply contract for the furnishing of personal computers for use county-wide to provide for county wide needs for the upcoming one-year period; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest three bids thereon bids from the following:
VENDOR Sidus Computer Corporation Larkspur, CA
Keydata International Plainfield, NJ
Diamond Technologies Anaheim, CA
and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Sidus Computer Corporation f Larkspur, CA, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best bid; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recomm nded by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payme ts, including final payment on the contract, to the extent sufficient appropriations to the using pending agencies have heretofore been made in the current Jackson County budget.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
