WHEREAS, Rana R. Fields began as a financial advisor in 1998 with American Express Financial Advisors which became Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. in 2005; and,
WHEREAS, Rana's success as a financial advisor carries great significance as she is one of a small number of African American women in the financial industry; and,
WHEREAS, Rana's professional success includes earning the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Senior Financial Advisor designations; and,
WHEREAS, Rana's level of performance is clearly shown by her membership in the Circle of Success, the Regional High Performance Team, and the Million Dollar Roundtable group; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature recognizes Rana R. Fields for her impressive achievements and wishes her continued success as a Senior Financial Advisor in her new location.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
