WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1999 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover lease payments due for 1999 for office space, gasoline, and food expenses for use by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for its Drug Court Program to acting as agent for Fourteen-Fifteen McGee Street, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the amount of one year's lease payments is $58,052.28; and,
WHEREAS, in order to fund these payments a transfer within the 1999 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 1999 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
