WHEREAS, the Sheriff has incurred unanticipated extradition expenses, which are subject to reimbursement by the State of Missouri; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the reimbursement funding in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2006 General Fund:
