Intro RESOLUTION #12337, September 15, 1998 INTRODUCED BY John C. Graham, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1998 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the purchase of salt for ice and snow removal during the winter months for the Public Works Department; and, WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1998 Special Road and Bridge Fund: Department/Division Character/Description From To Road and Bridge Maintenance Road Oil $40,000 Road and Bridge Maintenance Salt and Sand $40,000 Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
