RE: APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE PENSION PLAN BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Title
Pursuant to Jackson County Code Section 1540., I hereby make the following appointments to the Pension Plan Board of Trustees:
Q. Troy Thomas is appointed as an active member of the Pension Plan for a term to expire February 17, 2013. A copy of Mr. Thomas's resume is attached.
Mike Martin is appointed as an independent business executive for a term to expire February 17, 2013. A copy of Mr. Martin's resume is attached.
Linda Steele is appointed as an active member of the Pension Plan within the Prosecuting Attorney's Office's bargaining unit for a term to expire February 17, 2011. A copy of Ms. Steele's resume is attached.
Forrest Bertsch is appointed as an active member of the Pension Plan employed
by the Circuit Court of Jackson County for a term to expire February 17, 2012.
Dr. Howard Krueger is appointed as an independent business executive for a term to expire February 17, 2010.
Gary Panethiere is appointed as an active member of the Pension Plan for a term to expire February 17, 2011.
Joseph Weinrich is appointed as an independent business executive for a term to expire February 17, 2010.
Louie Wright is appointed as a labor leader affiliated with a labor union with which Jackson County has a current Memorandum of Understanding for a term to expire February 17, 2012.
Mr. Bertsch, Dr. Krueger, Mr. Panethiere, Mr. Weinrich, and Mr. Wright previously served as members of the former Pension Plan Administration Committee and their resumes have been reviewed by the Legislature in that capacity.
Jackson County Chief Administrative Officer Fred Siems and Director of Human Resources Joanne Mossie, pursuant to the provisions of section 1540., will serve as members of the Board of Trustees ex officio.
Executive Order 09-07, which was promulgated in error, is hereby rescinded.
