WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded a grant in the amount of $20,000.00 by the Jewish Heritage Foundation to supplement the Child Protection Center grant which provides funds for contractual expenses of a forensic interviewer; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
