Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 17597, dated May 23, 2011, the Legislature did award a contract for LEWeb law enforcement computer information services to the Regional Justice Information Services (REJIS) Commission, of St. Louis, MO, as an acquisition from another governmental entity, at a cost to the County for 2011 not to exceed $11,592.00; and,
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Office requires an additional subscription that will enable it to enter and access information for the Conceal Carry Weapons (CCW) Program, necessary for the Sheriff's Office to continue to issue CCW permits as required by the Missouri law, at an additional cost to the County for 2011 not to exceed $607.00; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to execute for the County an the attached addendum to the agreement with the REJIS Commission, of St. Louis, MO; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement, and all addendums thereto.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
