Body
WHEREAS, by order of the Circuit Court, special prosecutors were appointed to handle the prosecution of particular cases in 2009; and,
WHEREAS, the total cost for the special prosecutors is $3,071.37 and is now due and payable by order of the court; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover the costs of special prosecutors; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2009 General Fund:
