Body
WHEREAS, the County has previously retained the professional services of Bryan E. Round, Attorney at Law, in connection with the Jackson County Combat Commission and Anti-Drug Unit of the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney's office; and,
WHEREAS, Bryan E. Round, Attorney at Law, did perform professional services for the County during the period from November 1, 2003 to January 31, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, the value of the services performed by Bryan E. Round, Attorney at Law, for the period November 1, 2003 to January 31, 2004 is in the amount of $8,003.01; and,
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Prosecutor and the Administrator of the Jackson County Combat Commission approve this request for payment; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to issue a check in the amount of $8,003.01 to Bryan E. Round, Attorney at Law, for professional services rendered.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
