Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends that $875,000.00 be appropriated from the Unappropriated Surplus of the 2007 911 System Fund in order to provide to the anticipated expenditures for 2007; and,
WHEREAS, this recommendation is based on the actual 2006 fund balance, 2006 carryover expenditures, 2007 expenditures to date; and,
WHEREAS, anticipated 2007 revenues will be $300,000.00 over the amount appropriated in the 2007 budget; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place this amount in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this appropriation as an amendment to the proposed 2007 Jackson County budget; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation into and from the unappropriated surplus of the 2007 911 System Fund be and hereby is made:
