IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from D (Agricultural) to RR (Residential Ranchette), a certain 15 + acre tract. Intro ORDINANCE 2495, November 27, 1995 INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator Body BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows: Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "D" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District D to District RR a tract of land described as follows: A 15+ acre tract of land generally located at the northwest corner of Hedgecock Road and Stringtown Road lying in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township 47, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri. Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Dana Chesus (R2-95-016), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on November 16, 1995, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning. Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
