Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 171-94 for the lease of county parks for hay/crops; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Purchasing Director recommends that award of the leases be divided and awarded to the bidders submitting the best bid for each parcel; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in the percentages and amount for the respective bidders as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award.
. Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
