Body
WHEREAS, in the County's 2007 budget, certain funds necessary for the County's 2007 Road Program were budgeted in the Public Works Department's Other Contractual Services account until the program's specific needs could be determined; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works now recommends a transfer within his budget from that account into others necessary for the road program; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2007 Special Road and Bridge Fund be and hereby is made:
