Intro ORDINANCE #2507, January 29, 1996 INTRODUCED BY John Patrick Burnett, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover education benefits for the Division of Administration and Parks & Recreation Department; now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the 1996 Law Enforcement Fund to cover education benefits for the Division of Administration and Parks & Recreation Department: DEPARTMENT/DIVISION CHARACTER/DESCRIPTION FROM TO Unappropriated Surplus $41,748 Division of Administration Parks Department Park Safety & Interpretation Education Benefits $2,414 Sheriff Education Benefits $39,334 Attorney Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
