WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary so that the proceeds of the Jackson County D.M.C. Grant and required matching funds can be placed in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made:

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage by the County Executive.
