Body
WHEREAS, the Medical Examiner's office has two vacant Deputy Medical Examiner positions which are currently being covered by contract forensic pathologist; and,
WHEREAS, the Chief Medical Examiner has requested funds from the budgeted salaries for the open positions to cover the cost of the forensic pathologists contracts; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to reallocate the funds; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2007 Health Fund:
