Body
WHEREAS, by order of the Circuit Court, special prosecutors were appointed to handle the prosecution of particular cases in 2009; and,
WHEREAS, the total cost for these special prosecutors is $1,985.00 and is now due and payable by order of the court and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the costs of these special prosecutors; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
