Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Corrections is in need of security equipment and supplies; and,
WHEREAS, such equipment is available via an existing term and supply contract; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds necessary for this equipment in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2017 General Fund be and hereby is made:
