Body
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Office has exhausted line items due to higher than anticipated out-of-state warrant transportation costs; and,
WHEREAS, transfers are necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfers; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2010 General Fund be and hereby is made:
