BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "D" agricultural district and the "RE" residential estates zoning district so that there will be transferred from District D to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
A 2.8 + acre lot legally described as Lot 3 within the Brad-Dean Estates Subdivision, generally located 250 feet north of Renick Road on the east side of Missouri State Highway "H" (South Outer Belt Road) lying in the SW ¬ of Section 16, Township 49, Range 29, aka 3413 S. Outer Belt Road.
Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of James Patrick, Jr. (RZ-95-015), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Planning Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on October 19, 1995, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
