IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an agreement with Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kansas City for the purpose of partially funding certain youth programs, including the Marching Cobras Program, the John T. Thornberry Club, the West Bluff Club, the Oak Park Unit, and the Southeast Club, at a cost not to exceed $30,000.00. Intro RESOLUTION 11588, February 3, 1997 INTRODUCED BY Carl W. Bussey, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, through the attached contractual agreement, the County has agreed to partially fund certain youth programs including the Marching Cobras Program, the John T. Thornberry Club, the West Bluff Club, the Oak Park Unit, and the Southeast Club; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kansas City; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement...Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
