Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Circuit Court is in need of a new system to be implemented regarding the court’s call centers; and,
WHEREAS, currently the Jackson County Circuit Court is using Avaya for their call center infrastructure, however, would like to implement C1CX as their call center infrastructure; and,
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Circuit Court has an ongoing need to implement and deploy a new stand-alone Webex Contact Center apart from the County’s current system; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
