WHEREAS, by Resolution 15832, the County did award a contract and subsequent change orders on the Fort Osage Education Center Project, No. 9037, to Leavcon II, Inc., of Lansing, Kansas; and,
WHEREAS, the project is now complete and has been accepted by the Director of Parks and Recreation, such that final payment is now due and owing; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make final payment on the contract and change orders with Leavcon II, Inc., for the Fort Osage Education Center Project, No. 9037 in the amount of $117,255.00.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
