BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 5 ñ acre tract of land generally located « ñ mile east of Koger Road on the north side of Hunter Road;
All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 51, Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 31. Thence N 03 08' 26" E along the West line of the East-half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 31, a distance of 40.00 feet to the point of beginning; Thence continuing N 03 08' 26" E along the said west line, a distance of 360.00 feet;
Thence S 87 39' 31" E parallel with the south line of said Section 31, a distance of 607.11 feet; Thence S 03 10' 14" W parallel to the East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said section 31, a distance of 360.00 to a point 40.00 feet north of the south line of said section 31,
Thence S 87 39' 31" E parallel to the south line of said section 31, a distance of 606.92 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Brett Clark (RZ-98-107), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on May 21, 1998, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
