BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following amounts are appropriated for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013, from the funds designated below for the spending agencies receiving funds therefrom:

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
