Body
WHEREAS, the Assessment Department has a need for reconfiguring office space so as to be able to consolidate County employees from the department's Kansas City office into the Independence office; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover the costs associated with this arrangement; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2010 Assessment Fund be and hereby is made:
