WHEREAS, changing traffic patterns and updated traffic engineering studies indicate the need to amend the County's present traffic code to include certain schedule changes; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section A. Enacting Clause. Schedules II, III, and IV to Chapter 52, Jackson County Code, 1984, are hereby amended as follows:
