Body
WHEREAS, the Historic Truman Courthouse located in Independence, MO, will need two Sheriff's Deputies to provide security, once the renovation is complete and certain County operations are relocated to the building; and,
WHEREAS, one full-time position was funded as part of the 2013 budget and an appropriation is necessary to place the additional funds required for the second full-time position in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the 2013 General Fund be and hereby is made:
