BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
A 4.5ñ acre lot generally located 370 feet south of Pink Hill Road on the west side of Buckner Tarsney Road and legally described as Lot 2 in Cherry Tree Farm Subdivision being part of NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 23, Township 49N, Range 30W in Jackson County, Missouri aka 3520 Buckner Tarsney Road.
Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of S. B. Reser (RZ-97-049), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on January 16, 1997, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
