Body

 WHEREAS, the COMBAT staff has recommended that $150,000.00 in Anti-Crime Sales Tax Funds be allocated to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office’s 2026 Law Enforcement School Based Initiative program (LESBI); and,

 

WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2026 Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover funding for this program; now therefore,

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2026 Anti-Crime Sales Fund:
