BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Enacting Clause. Sections 232. and 241., Jackson County Code, 1984, are hereby adopted, to read as follows:
232. Professional Services Contracts. The county executive shall file with the clerk of the county legislature a copy of each profession l services contract executed pursuant to the county executive's authority granted under article III,
6.2 of the Constitutional Home Rule Charter of Jackson County.

241. Professional Services Contracts. The county counselor shall file with the clerk of the county legislature a copy of each professio al services contract executed pursuant to the county counselor's authority granted under article V,
6 of the Constitutional Home Rule Charter of Jackson County.
Attorney Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
