WHEREAS, changing traffic patterns and updated traffic engineering studies indicate the need to amend the County's present load limits to delete a certain schedule change; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Enacting Clause. Schedule B of Chapter 53 of the Jackson County Code, 1984, is hereby amended by deleting the following language:

[Blue Mills Road - (24 Highway to Buckner Tarsney)]
Koger Road - (Blue Mills Road to Atherton Sibley Road)
Atherton-Sibley Road - (Atherton Road to city of Sibley)
Atherton Road - (Blue Mills Road to Adams Road)
Courtney Atherton Road - (Old Atherton Road to Meyers Road)
Adams Road - (Atherton Road to Dead End)
Blue Valley Road - (Atherton-Sibley Road to Dead End)
Old Atherton Road - (Blue Mills Road to Atherton Road)
Twyman Road - (24 Highway to Blue Mills Road)
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
